Chaos Softball

Mission Statement

Our goal is to develop players, regardless of age and skill level, for high school and college softball. The coaching staff at Mid-Michigan Chaos is committed to development of player skills and fundamentals while maintaining a positive environment for their growth both as a player and person. We will begin instilling good fundamental skills in our younger players that will be an essential to them as they get older and learn more advance techniques of the game of softball. Mid-Michigan Chaos strives to provide maximum exposure for those players wanting to play at the next level.

Most Important: Helping these girls succeed in the sport they love is one of our priorities.

College Recruiting Process: We will work hard to help our players earn the opportunity to play college softball. From competing in the regions highest level tournaments to college campus visits and round robins, our College Commits Page is continuously growing. We also provide fall conditioning and High Level Throwing programs during the offseason to strengthen the body and refine throwing techniques. Additionally, from playing all around the Midwest we have increased our network of college coaches that we keep in touch with throughout the year. We communicate and educate our players and parents about the college recruiting process. Helping the players get to the right camps & clinics, as well as putting them in contact with quality private instructors for individual skills like pitching, catching and hitting.

History

Mid-Michigan Chaos Fastpitch was founded in 2011 and since then has developed a reputation as an area leader in development of young athletes with sound fundamentals and good values with maximum exposure. These qualities provide the most opportunities for these young athletes to get noticed and find the right fit for them.
The Chaos organization uses high quality instruction and has achieved its share of success over the years. We have experienced coaches with a range of backgrounds from several years at the travel level, high school coaches as well as existing and former collegiate players.

The Chaos fanbase has grown over the years from family members such as brothers, sisters, parents, and grandparents at the younger levels to college coaches at the older levels. Our exposure to college coaches has translated to more than 40 athletes over the last 8 years that have gone on to college to play softball as well as gain a college education.

The continued success of the Chaos organization is a result of the development of young girls from 9 to 18 in the sport of softball. Our former Chaos players enjoy coming back from college to share their experience and knowledge with our existing players from going through the recruiting process, the college experience, to being on the field practicing with them. It is a testament to the positive influence Mid-Michigan Chaos has made over the years to its commitment to the players that have gone through the program to continue their academic and athletic careers.
